About Me

Giving learners thoughtful and intentional learning experiences

I love helping people learn

I have more than 15 years experience working with diverse adult learners in higher education. As such, I'm passionate about learning and giving learners the best learning experiences they can have. Whatever it takes to achieve this goal, I'm in for it; be it researching the current learning theories, learning new technologies or getting feedback from colleagues and learners themselves.

I thrive on feedback in my work. Feedback helps me to design learning experiences that learners are actually interested in while at the same time meeting organizational goals. Simply put, getting feedback helps me design effective learning experiences that are also user-friendly.

Today, I use all the skills I learned in higher education to design and develop effective learning and training experiences that are tailored towards meeting organizational and learners' needs. My goal is to design simple, thoughtful learning experiences that are engaging and effective.

A little More About Me: I love spending time with my family. I also love gardening, knitting, crocheting and taking long walks on the trail.
